Capital Facilities Plan

The Capital Facilities Plan is a planning document covering a 20-year period with the primary financial focus being the period of 2020 through 2030. The Purpose of this document is to present an inventory of the current capital facilities of Pierce County Fire District No. 13 and the anticipated future needs for capital facilities to achieve and maintain the level of service standards for Fire and Emergency Medical Services based upon projected growth over the ensuing twenty-year planning period, as identified by the Pierce County and Browns Point / Dash Point Comprehensive Plans, and the methods by which those needs will be financed.

Business Plan

Pierce County Fire District 13 Business Plan is a snapshot of major projects, highlights and statistics the District has achieved within a year's time.

The Business Plan encompasses an annual review of the district mission, values, staffing and standard operations within the calendar year in which it was published.

Strategic Plan

Pierce County Fire District 13 Strategic Plan is a snapshot of the districts 5-year goals and strategies. This plan is reviewed annually by the fire chief and the fire commissioners.
