Guidelines for Submitting Public Records Requests
Please FAX any requests to (253) 925-8889. Include your name, email address, phone number, physical address and what specific information you are looking for. Note that District 13 may charge a reasonable fee if photocopies of records are requested. Each request will be reviewed by the appropriate staff member and a response issued within five (5) business days.
Please describe an ADA Accessibility needs that you may have, so that we may fulfill your Public Records Request in the most appropriate manner.
